Some always relevant information about BFD and Richmond:

This year, the only events that have pre-sale tickets available are Friday Night at Canal Club and Sunday afternoon at Gallery5. We don’t anticipate a capacity issue with any other event, but you never know so showing up when events times are scheduled is recommended. Plus, if you show up on time, you maximize your fun for the weekend and get to see all the bands and such.

Each event is individually priced and we do not sell weekend passes. We do everything we can to keep each event as cheap as possible. All event costs will be posted before the weekend so there are no surprises and you can plan on saving up in your piggy-bank now!

Please remember to bring cash to all events to get in.  All BFD shows day of are cash only!

Richmond, Virginia has a drinking age of 21. All events at Best Friends Day are all ages and everyone will be asked for a vaild ID if drinking or buying alcohol.

Best Friends Day, Mojos, and 821 Cafe are partnering with To the Bottom and Back, a Richmond-based FREE bus service that will be providing FREE RIDES FROM FINE FOOD PARKING LOT TO HADAD’S AND BACK ON AUGUST 21st from 10 a.m. until just after 7 p.m. This services is for your safety and convenience. Please respect the buses if you choose to take this free ride!!!

If you do choose to drink during the weekend, make sure you have a designated driver before hand. It is important to ensure that all events are safe, legal, and fun and that everyone takes care of one another!! DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!

Underage drinking is not permitted in any venue, if you are caught without a wrist band you will be asked to leave immediately by security.

No pets are allowed at any event. Please make arrangements in advance for your animals and do not bring them to any event because you will NOT be allowed in with a pet.

Best Friends Day reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for breaking rules, disrespecting or violating the property of others, or for  generally being on bad behavior. Please come and have fun while respecting all of the venues and the people who allow this weekend to happen!!
